Presidium Gem Tester II For Parts or Repair. Unit turns on and reacts to stones, but I haven't been able to properly calibrate it so it isn't accurate. See last two photos of the results when the pen is depressed on the glass and calibrate discs. Comes with the case, pen, and plug. Can also be used with batteries. The pen does not have the cap and I don't have the calibration pin, but any paperclip would work for that.
