How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 8 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered , please email us at support@thestatesquare.com mentioning your Order ID along with photos and videos to support your claim. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. we shall refund the amount as per return and refund policy.
How is the shipping rate calculated?
The minimum weight taken into account is 500gms for both domestic & international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments. The charges are also based on delivery zone and dimension of the final product packaging.
However for domestic customers the shipping is free for now across the country. Please avail this offer. No code required.
